We are proud of all the students who gained a spot in the State's orchestras, and for all those who auditioned. These students worked for months on the difficult music required for auditioning. Preparing for and completing the All-State audition is an achievement all by itself."
Students awarded positions in the All-State Orchestras will attend the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) convention in San Antonio from February 9-12, 2011. Their efforts will culminate in a concert that is open to the public on Saturday, February 12 in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio.
